Here is the firing order for the 351C (Cleveland), 351M (Michigan) and 400M engines. These lumps of iron are a completely different block then the standard SBF (289, 302, 351W) engines. The cylinder heads have canted valves like the Big Block Chevy. I think subtle differences in the 351C and M versions include different bell housing and some other things. Plenty of details on the web to find this information out as this is just for the firing order in a LARGE EZ to read page. I’m not a fan of this series of block other then the cylinder heads.
Also remember that the position of the spark plug wires does not matter AS LONG AS THE ORDER IS MAINTAINED! If you need to rotate the cap for any reason don’t worry about pulling the wires and rotating them around. Again this is OK as long as the firing order for the engine is maintained and you check your engines timing.
The distributor on the these motors are in the front, block perspective is looking at the front. If you couldn’t figure this it I should issue this disclaimer –
